Meet Rosie Pearson

I have spent the last 10 years in the fitness industry, learning the do's and don'ts... and I will admit I am still learning now! I am as passionate about your goals as you are, trust me! I am a personal trainer and online coach. I also manage a gym and am a retained firefighter in my spare time. If anyone understand how hard it is to fit the gym in - it's me! Over the years I have changed my own style of training a LOT. I have been the girl who attended 3 classes per night, or did hours of cardio. I have had a successful competitive strongwoman career. I've run half marathons, marathons and competed in run-swim events. I have also competed as an Olympic weight-lifter, this is a sport I follow now after enduring a back injury 2 years ago that stopped me training for a while. After this I learned to adapt and overcome - the injury became a huge opportunity for me and I believe this of all injuries. Whatever your goal - I got you!
